Congressional Caucuses are formed by Members of Congress to provide a forum for the pursuit of common legislative objectives that are important to the constituents of the participating members. A number of caucuses exist and are often bipartisan (comprising both Democrats and Republicans) and bicameral (comprising both Representatives and Senators).
