Check back soon for pictures of RoboTour 2010!
The AUVSI Foundation’s RoboTour is designed to introduce future generations of scientists and engineers to the exciting world of unmanned systems.
RoboTour gives students a chance to tour displays and robotic hardware from manufacturers from across the globe. The students have a chance to interact with developers and program managers and see firsthand what it means to have a career in robotics. The tour ends at the student competition pavilion where university students display unmanned systems they have designed for AUVSI’s student competitions.
RoboTour 2011 will take place next August at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC as part of AUVSI's Unmanned Systems North America 2011, the largest unmanned systems exhibition and conference in the world. Registration for RoboTour is free and open to middle school and high school students only.*
If you would like to participate in RoboTour 2011 as a sponsor, participating exhibitor or tour guide, please email Wendy Siminski at siminski@auvsifoundation.org.
